IMT Lake House

This may seem like a fake review written by the property, but I can assure you, I don't work for them! IMT Lake House is a little more expensive than other places that we looked at, but trust me, it's worth it. From the amazing customer service provided by Jessica and Michelle, to the maintenance tag team of Jorge and Christian, IMT have really hired the best people. As far as the property itself goes, I don't know what more we could have asked for. Gorgeous pool, cabanas, a regular gym for weights and a second gym for Spinning (with a rowing machine!) They also have a very relaxing common area with comfortable furniture, many televisions, and even a pool table! Outside in the swimming pool area they also have grills and a freaking pizza oven! All you have to do is reserve the amenities in the app (for free) and you can host little gatherings with family/friends. The parking garage is also very accessible and feels very secure, with a limited number of charging ports for electric vehicles. Though they might need to add more, it almost feels like 1/3 of the residents have a Tesla. Lastly, this property is walking distance to a great bar (American Social), an amazing Italian restaurant (North Italia), and other places I haven't got a chance to try yet! If you're lucky enough to get an apartment in this complex (they have very few empty apartments), I think you will be more than satisfied.

I absolutely love everything about living in IMT Lake House. Angelica helped me through the process of moving in and she made it as seamless as possible. Anytime I put in a maintenance request, I get a response the day of and most of the time they come they day of. I see people cleaning around the building all the time. The property managers are so sweet to constantly provide new fun things for the residents, as cookie day in the lobby or food trucks etc. Being a busy college student all the amazing amenities and conference rooms are amazing to use. When renewing my lease Jessica helped me out, she contacted me immediately about negotiation and again made it easy & simple for me. Thank you to the whole IMT Lake House team for making the community so amazing, I am so grateful to call this Home.

The whole team at Lake House is wonderful, from the leasing office to the maintenance staff! I have been here since 2020 and when they took over from the previous company, everything changed for the better!! They are all always on top of everything and very communicative. Every maintenance request is completed quickly and they go above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of properly. Plus the whole team is so kind!Thank you for making Lake House a great place to live.

Lake House is amazing. If you are looking for an apartment, this is the best one that you will get in your whole life. Amenities are WONDERFUL, every detail was planned. For sure 5 stars. I recommend the gym, totally complete and expensive machines. My fav's the staff. Monica is so friendly, she works hard every day, she knows every person who lives there.

We fell in love with this apartment complex! Jessica was so great, we put in an application within an hour. Can’t wait to see what living here brings. Edit: Been living here almost two months now and have not had a single negative thing to say. The amenities are clean, the whole building is clean, plenty of parking and we feel very safe in the area.
